OakNorth is seeking a hands-on Treasury professional to own execution of derivatives and FX, manage the investment portfolio, and size funding positions. You will price and trade, build analytics, and present findings to ALCO and the CFO in a small, high-impact team.

The role emphasizes front-office responsibility with exposure to ALCO, regulatory reporting, and development of treasury tooling using AI-assisted frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a bank treasury front office, money markets or ALM with execution responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and price derivatives (swaps, FX forwards) and manage hedging programs.
