Job summary

Harrington Starr is looking for a Front Office Trading Support Engineer to join the trading technology team in Greater London. The role involves supporting critical systems used by traders and quants while ensuring real-time production issues are resolved efficiently.

You will need strong proficiency in Linux and practical scripting skills in Python or Bash, along with the ability to analyze data issues. This position requires ownership of issues at a technical level and proactive communications.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux fundamentals and command-line proficiency.
• Practical scripting experience (Python and/or Bash).
• Experience with exchange connectivity/trading platforms is advantageous.
