Talan is seeking an experienced Front Office Trading Application Support Analyst to join a specialist team supporting a global Rates eTrading platform used by traders and sales teams across international markets. This London-based, permanent role requires five days on-site, with shift work and weekend rota.

It focuses on incident management, monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement of a complex trading technology estate, demanding clear communication with business stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in Front Office trading application support within investment banking or capital markets.
• Experience supporting front-office trading desks and business-critical applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage P1/P2 incidents from detection to resolution.
• Monitor and support Rates eTrading applications in global production.
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
• Identify trends, risks, and capacity concerns across platforms.
• Participate in releases and production deployments with validation.
• Contribute to projects delivering new applications and platform upgrades.
