Warner Hotels is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager at Nidd Hall, Harrogate. You will lead the restaurant and bar teams, ensuring smooth service and memorable guest experiences while working closely with the Head of Hospitality.

With a 199-bedroom historic hotel set in 45 acres, you’ll drive service standards, manage costs, and coach leaders to deliver excellent customer journeys. A strong hospitality background and inspirational leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large, complex team in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to manage costs in line with budgets and drive sales where appropriate.
• Ability to coach and develop leaders and teams to improve performance.
