Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist or reception supervisor is required.
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guests’ needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Flexible team player with a proactive approach to service.

Responsabilités

• Lead the front desk and supervise reception in the manager’s absence.
