Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience delivering system design, app development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced Python programming language.
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving.
Experience leading an agile delivery team with scrum, sprint planning, and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

Executes creative software solutions and designs, thinking beyond routine approaches to solve problems.
Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
Implements automation to improve operational stability and reduce recurring issues.
Leads communities of practice to drive adoption of new technologies.
Acts as a front office developer within the QES team and collaborates with front office desks.
Collaborates closely with front office teams to support the QES platform.
Develops platform and visualization components required by traders.
