Job Summary

The Concierge acts as the heart of the workplace, providing personalized service to team members and visitors. The role involves creating a positive, service-oriented environment and being the first point of engagement. The Concierge oversees daily operations and guides task priorities to align with company strategy and customer needs.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Providing personal services such as transportation arrangements, office wayfinding, lobby management, visitor tracking, reception, refreshments, campus tours, reservations, and administrative support.
  2. Demonstrating leadership and excellent customer service, including developing training sessions on customer service and handling difficult situations.
  3. Conducting business professionally and coordinating with building owners for special events.
  4. Maintaining records of service requests and ensuring compliance with policies.
  5. Ensuring customer satisfaction and developing a directory of services and resources.
  6. Serving as a liaison with the facilities team and following security and emergency procedures.
