The role involves driving automation, enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency, and leading best practices and disruptive business transformation initiatives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the Quantitative Analytics team, driving digitization, automation, and process improvements.
2. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize performance and reporting.
3. Utilize Power BI, Snowflake, Python, and SQL databases to analyze and report on financial data.
4. Understand Data architecture—how data is collected, stored, managed, and utilized within an organization—for optimal Data Access and Analytics.
