Our client, a leading Global Investment House, is seeking an experienced Data Science and Analytics Manager to lead the Quantitative Analytics team within the Performance and Reporting division of the Corporate Finance department. The role involves driving automation, enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency, and leading best practices and disruptive business transformation initiatives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the Quantitative Analytics team, driving digitization, automation, and process improvements.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize performance and reporting.
  3. Utilize Power BI, Snowflake, Python, and SQL databases to analyze and report on financial data.
  4. Understand Data architecture—how data is collected, stored, managed, and utilized within an organization—for optimal Data Access and Analytics.
  5. Automate processes to increase operational efficiency and enable timely decision-making across the department.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  7. Ensure accurate and efficient reporting of financial performance and metrics.
