Starwood Hotels in Manchester is seeking a warm, welcoming Front Office Attendant to ensure each guest’s experience is personable and effortless from arrival to departure. You’ll join Treehouse Manchester, a brand with two restaurants, a rooftop bar, and a commitment to caring, inclusive service.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, flexibility, and a can-do attitude to deliver stellar hospitality and memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualificações

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 2 year of similar work experience.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker, and detail oriented.
• Flexible, approachable and with a can-do attitude

• Ensure guests have a personable, relaxing and effortless experience from arrival to departure and throughout their stay.
• Provide impeccable front office service and reflect the brand's best self.
• Assist guests with inquiries, check-ins/outs, and coordinating services as needed

About You
