A friendly family-run business in Wembley seeks customer service team members to provide great dining experiences. Serving customers on POS, working with kitchen to ensure food is 10/10, packing deliveries, dealing with drivers on arrival and managing devices, answering phone, nightly reporting, general cleaning and organisation, . . **What you need to have:**. A great smile and welcoming vibe. Clear communication. Good listening skills. Clean a presentable personal appearance . Work well alone as well as part of a team . Positive can do attitude. Great sales chat (this helps you get the tips too!) . experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus! . . > Management and kitchen opportunities available: Experience in hospitality/cooking is essential for these roles.
