Zizzi in the United Kingdom is seeking a Front of House Team Member (Waiter) to set the tone with genuine hospitality. From the first hello to the moment cheese is grated, you’ll ensure guests have a feel-good experience in a fast-paced team environment.

You’ll be a menu expert, confidently recommending dishes, drinks and desserts, owning your section, and collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth service. We value individuality and flexibility, with paths to progression.

About the role:

As a Front of House Team Member (or Waiter), you set the tone. Service at Zizzi isn't about scripts. We're looking for real people who can give genuine hospitality. From the first hello to grating cheese like a pro, you'll ensure our guests have a feel-good experience. It’s fast-paced and hands-on, but always a team effort.

• Be a menu expert. Confidently recommend our dishes, drinks, and desserts.
• Own your section. Serve food and drinks with pride, managing tables efficiently while working with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Add your own touch. Use your individuality to spot small details that can make a big difference to your guests' experience - like a surprise treat on a big day.
• Live our values, aim to be better than yesterday, and support your team during busy rushes.
