Front of House Team Member

German Doner Kebab is seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our rapidly expanding restaurant chain. With over 90 locations worldwide, we are a leader in the Casual Dining sector, committed to exceptional service and quality food.

This role involves supporting the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and welcoming every guest warmly.
• Assisting guests with menu choices and upselling where appropriate.
• Processing orders via the POS system and managing food and beverage preparation and packing.
• Ensuring food presentation is appealing and orders are complete.
• Promoting additional menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Handling sales transactions, providing receipts, and delivering food orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in all guest areas.
• Adhering to brand standards and delivering exceptional service.
