Job summary

Liberation Pubs & Bars, part of Butcombe Group, is seeking a friendly Front of House Team Member in Scotland. You will be the face of our pub, delivering warm, guest-focused service across bar, restaurant and outdoor areas.

Responsibilities

• Creating brilliant guest experiences by delivering warm, friendly and efficient service at all times
• Serving food and drinks across the bar, restaurant, and outdoor areas with confidence and care
• Helping to keep the pub running smoothly throughout the day, including set-up and close-down of service
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere across all front-of-house areas
• Supporting the team during busy shifts to ensure service is fast, smooth, and well-organised
• Preparing the bar and restaurant areas for service, including restocking and glassware management
• Following all safety, hygiene, and licensing standards to keep guests and colleagues safe
• Working closely with your team to create a positive, energetic, and supportive environment
• Taking pride in your role, bringing personality, and delivering every shift with a “can do” attitude
