We’re on the search for Front of House Nandocas (what we call our Team Members) to join us! The role of a Front of House Nandoca is to create unforgettable customer moments and feelings, leaving guests wowed and eager to return.

What I do

I make our guests feel valued as part of our family by creating a fun and relaxed environment. It’s my responsibility to ensure our guests leave happy, having enjoyed a positive Nando’s experience.

• I give a warm welcome to our guests and make them feel at home
• I serve customers efficiently at the till, understanding and meeting their needs
• I serve high-quality food that meets Nando’s standards to wow our guests
• I bring food and drinks to the table, ensuring customers have everything they need
• I manage takeaway orders, ensuring they are neatly and accurately packaged
• I set up, maintain, and close down a clean, safe, and operational restaurant floor
• I handle deep cleaning to Nando’s standards
• I follow all safety, hygiene, and security measures
