Job summary

The Horns Inn, operated by Stonegate Group, is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to drive guest experience and lead the front-of-house team. You will work with the management team to deliver our service standards and maintain smooth operations across shifts.

We value warm hospitality, inclusivity and a proactive approach. Eligibility requires 18+, and you’ll contribute to a welcoming pub environment with a premium twist on traditional British food and drinks.

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at Horns Inn.
