Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a Front of House Team Leader for Fatling in Hornchurch. You will lead and motivate the FOH team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold the friendly pub atmosphere.

Work with the management team to ensure smooth operations, guest comfort, and consistency across service, while benefiting from Stonegate's rewards, flexible working, and development programmes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or over due to sale of alcohol.
• Experience leading a front-of-house team in a pub/restaurant is preferred.
