Be At One Lincoln is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to guide our busy pub and cocktail bar. You will partner with the management team to deliver a standout guest experience, maintain smooth operations, and uphold our vibrant Be At One standards on Lincoln High Street.

You will lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued while delivering consistent service during peak times and events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-of-house team in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Able to work 18+ and support alcohol service.
