Job summary

Stonegate Group’s Yates pub in Blackpool is seeking a capable Front of House Team Leader to inspire and guide the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You’ll work with management to execute our service standards, maintain smooth operations and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.

You will lead by example, develop staff, and ensure consistent delivery of quality food and drinks in a fast-paced environment, 18+ due to alcohol licensing.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Able to maintain smooth, efficient operations during busy periods.

Yates Blackpool Market Street is in the heart of Blackpool town centre with views overlooking the seafront and North Pier. We have an extensive food and drink menu to choose from, including our cocktail range. We are Blackpool's "home for sport," with 15 TVs and the town centre's only HD big-screen projector.
