Full-Time Team Leader Wanted – Historic British Pub in the Heart of Guildford

Are you ready to take the next step on your hospitality management journey? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader to join our dedicated crew at one of Guildford’s most iconic pubs.

Perched at the top of Guildford High Street, the Three Pigeons is a beautiful 238-year-old Grade II listed pub, steeped in history and charm. Popular with locals, tourists, students, and even ghost tours, we’re known for our great atmosphere, classic pub fayre and fantastic Thursday quiz nights to name but a few!

The Role:

As Team Leader, you’ll play a key part in the daily running of the pub, supporting your management team and helping maintain our excellent standards of service. We’re looking for someone who’s confident behind the bar, capable of leading a shift, and ideally, ready to take on more responsibility in the very near future.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Cellar training (or a willingness to learn)
• A Personal Licence (or be willing to undertake the APLH course via the company)
• Bar and food service experience
• Kitchen experience is a big bonus – being able to step in at busy times to support the wider team if needed, would be hugely helpful
• Energy, initiative, and leadership skills
• A passion for great customer service
• The ability to adapt and keep calm under pressure
