Job summary

Social Pub & Kitchen at Woodville in Cardiff is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to guide the FOH team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You'll partner with the management team to translate our shared vision into smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

This role requires proven FOH leadership, a passion for great beer and hospitality, and the ability to motivate a diverse team to shine from opening to close.

The 'Woody' is a famous pub amongst the students of Cardiff. Located in Cathays, it is a regular haunt for anyone who wants a cracking pint of craft in a relaxed environment. We are spread over two floors and contain plenty of character and charm.
