The Bristol Pear, part of Stonegate Group, is hiring Bar Team Members. No prior experience is required; full training will be provided and you’ll join a supportive team delivering welcoming guest experiences across busy pub hours.

Join us to learn service, beer and cocktail knowledge, and be part of a venue known for quiz nights, Wing Wednesdays and Karaoke. 18+ age requirement due to alcohol sales; flexible shifts and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming service.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. The Bristol Pear is located in the heart of Selly Oak on the Bristol Road. We’re next door to Selly Oak train station, as well as being served by excellent bus routes. We have a large student clientele with a famed weekly offering from our regular quiz nights, legendary Wing Wednesdays, and hugely popular Karaoke nights. We're a pub that does it all!
