Lansio Lounge is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to lead the floor, support the management team, and drive service excellence across shifts. You’ll coach colleagues, ensure standards, and help manage the bar and pass while delivering warm hospitality to every guest.

With experience in hospitality, you’ll thrive on a fast-paced environment and take ownership of shifts. The role offers flexible hours, tips, staff meals, and career growth opportunities across our growing brand.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops in supervisory or front of house roles.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks and manage the pass and bar.

• Support the management team with day-to-day operation, opening/closing tasks and maintaining standards on the floor.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team to ensure clarity of roles and confidence during service.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer queries or complaints and turn a good visit into a great one.
• Contribute to driving sales, manage the bar and pass, and help create a Lounge that locals love.

• Comfortable taking ownership of a shift - delegating, managing the pass and bar, and dealing with customer queries confidently
• Experience in restaurants, bars, caf s or coffee shops - whether as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a brilliant front of house team member ready for their next step
