The Plough Inn in Oxford is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to help run day-to-day operations with the management team. You will lead the front of house team, oversee service flow, and ensure guests receive excellent hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy pub/bar/restaurant environment.
• Experience supervising a team or willingness to step up.
• Ability to deliver memorable guest experiences and train others.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of shifts and keep service running smoothly.
• Open/close the pub and manage daily administrative tasks.
• Support team motivation, training and development.
• Ensure licensing, safety and company procedures are followed.
• Coordinate bookings, events and guest communications.
