Slim Chickens Leeds is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to coordinate our busy service, lead the team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a casual, energetic setting.

You will mentor staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, handle guest relations, and support management to drive sales. Flexible weekends and late shifts are required. This role offers opportunities for progression within BRG.

Qualifikationen

• Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment.
• Natural leader who can inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
