Job summary

Carpino Lounge in England is recruiting a Front of House Supervisor to lead the floor, uphold standards and support managers during busy shifts. You’ll guide, greet and motivate the team, ensuring guests feel welcome and well looked after.

This role offers hourly pay up to 13.30, tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and flexible hours that include evenings and weekends. A great step for someone ready to move into supervisory hospitality and help grow the brand across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops - supervisor, team leader, or front of house.
• Ability to lead by example on the floor and set the pace for the team.
• Comfortable owning a shift, delegating and handling customer queries confidently.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep operations smooth.
• Support management with day-to-day operations from opening to closing tasks.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team so everyone knows their role and feels confident.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently to create great visits.
• Contribute to driving sales by managing the bar and pass, and fostering community love for Carpino Lounge.

Job description

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
• Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor
• Help coach, guide and motivate the team, making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service
• Keep a close eye on the detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes
• Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one
• Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to

• Comfortable taking ownership of a shift - delegating, managing the pass and bar, and dealing with customer queries confidently

• Experience in restaurants, bars, caf s or coffee shops - whether as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a brilliant front of house team member ready for their next step
