Job Title: Lounge Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain this excellence by delivering 14 great shifts with your team, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. What you'll bring:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
• Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks.
• A passion for hospitality and natural talent in the field.
• Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges.
• Good literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, even under pressure.
• Knowledge of best practices in sales building, forecasting, paperwork, recruitment, HR, and NPS.
