Occulo Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to lead busy shifts and ensure great service across the lounge floor.

You\'ll support managers, coach the team, and handle customer queries, with a clear path to management. We offer up to £13.30/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Loungers is a growing brand across England and Wales with 300+ sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.
• Able to lead a team on a shift.
• Customer service oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts to deliver great service.
• Support management with day-to-day lounge operations and standards.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team, ensuring confidence during service.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling.
• Resolve customer queries or complaints to create a great visit.
• Contribute to driving sales and manage the bar and pass.

Offering up to £13.30/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. This is a great next step for an experienced Front of House Team Leader, Senior Server, or Hospitality Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career!

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
• Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor
• Help coach, guide and motivate the team, making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service
• Keep a close eye on the detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes
• Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one
• Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to
