Loungers is hiring a Front of House Supervisor for Bacco Lounge in Stroud. You’ll lead the floor, support the management team and help ensure every guest leaves happy while you develop into a leadership role.

You’ll enjoy hourly pay up to £13.30 with tips, a flexible contract suitable for part-time or full-time work, free meals on every shift, and 50% discount on food and drinks from day one, plus opportunities for progression via our bite-size training.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.
• Previous Supervisor/Team Leader experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead front of house during busy shifts to deliver great service.

We're hiring a Front of House Supervisor to be part of the team at Bacco Lounge a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
• Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor
• Help coach, guide and motivate the team, making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service
• Keep a close eye on the detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes
• Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one
• Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to
