Loungers is hiring a Front of House Supervisor for Gallico Lounge in Lancaster. You will lead the front of house team, support managers and help ensure every guest leaves happy. The role offers an hourly rate with tips, flexible hours, and opportunities for career growth within our expanding hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality roles such as Supervisor, Team Leader or frontline management.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts and ensure great service.
• Support the management team with day-to-day lounge operations from opening to closing.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team and clarify roles during service.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently to turn visits into great experiences.
• Contribute to sales by managing the bar and pass and fostering guest loyalty.

We're hiring a Front of House Supervisor to be part of the team at Gallico Lounge a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
• Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor
• Help coach, guide and motivate the team, making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service
• Keep a close eye on the detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes
• Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one
• Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to

• Someone who leads by example on the floor and sets the pace for the team around them

• Comfortable taking ownership of a shift - delegating, managing the pass and bar, and dealing with customer queries confidently
• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops - whether as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a brilliant front of house team member ready for their next step
