Job summary

Marino Lounge, part of the Loungers family, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead a busy hospitality team. The role offers hourly pay, tips, and a flexible contract structure from day one, with perks including staff meals and staff discounts across all Loungers brands.

You will help ensure outstanding guest experiences in a lively lounge setting. You'll supervise frontline operations, coach team members, and uphold standards on cleanliness, safety, and cash handling while driving sales

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or customer-service background preferred.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team during service.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts and ensure smooth service.
• Support management with day-to-day operations from opening to closing tasks.

• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes.
• THandle customer queries or complaints and turn visits into great experiences.

We're hiring a Front of House Supervisor to be part of the team at Marino Lounge a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £13.30/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
• Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor
• Help coach, guide and motivate the team, making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service
• Keep a close eye on the detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes
• Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one
• Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to
