About the Role

As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain this brilliance, delivering 14 great shifts with your team to ensure every customer leaves happy — thanks to your excellent supervision. You'll lead from the front, setting a high pace so the team delivers on time, every time. Your attention to detail and commitment will make your Lounge the go-to spot for the local community. This role is demanding, but if you have what it takes, you'll thrive.

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an experienced front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment, including serving freshly made food and drinks
• A natural passion for hospitality
• Driven and relentless in overcoming challenges
• Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting on KPIs
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, even under pressure
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, paperwork, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices
