BAFTA 195 Piccadilly is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead service across the main Restaurant & Bar and support on events at our iconic London HQ. You will help deliver a red-carpet experience for BAFTA Members and guests, combining hands-on service with team leadership.

The role requires passion for excellence in hospitality, a can-do attitude, and enthusiasm for cocktails and flavour experimentation. Salary is up to £37,895 with a comprehensive benefits package and 5 days per week.

Up to £37,895 per annum (inclusive of service charge & financial award scheme) Full time , 5 days per week (typically: earliest start time 7:00am/ latest finish 12:00am)

Our Front of House Supervisors’ are a champions at delivering an exceptional level of service to our members. It’s a varied role where you’ll get to work across all areas of the building including the members club impressive fine dining restaurant named after the well esteemed Richard Attenborough, as well as supporting on external event hires, BAFTA events and screenings.

They will support the Assistant Managers in delivering an exceptional and consistent standard of service to BAFTA Members and guests. The role combines hands‑on service and team leadership with day-to-day financial and operational responsibility, helping to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
