Job summary

BAFTA is seeking a Senior Programmes Manager – Talent development in London. The role sits in the Talent Programmes team, delivering inclusive talent development programmes to democratise industry insights, skills and networks.

The Senior Programmes Manager will lead end-to-end design, evaluation and delivery of initiatives that advance inclusion and accessibility across the screen industries.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing and delivering impactful programmes or projects in the screen industries, cultural sector or related area.
  • A deep understanding of equity, inclusion, and systemic barriers to access especially as they relate to underrepresented communities in the screen industries.
  • Track record of working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including creatives, industry bodies, and community organisations.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in budget handling, planning, and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—able to work sensitively with a wide range of people.

£45,000 per annum, 10 month FTC
Our opportuntity

This senior manager role sits in the BAFTA Talent Programmes team where we deliver, engaging and inclusive talent development programmes, we create opportunities to share industry expertise democratically and ensure that everyone, regardless of their background, can access the insights, skills and networks they need to progress.

The Senior Programmes Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end design, evaluation, and oversee delivery of talent development initiatives that reflect our commitment to inclusion, equity, and accessibility.
