What you'll bring:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops.
• Experience working in a bar environment with food and drink service.
• A passion for hospitality.
• Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges.
• Good literacy and attention to detail for reporting KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with minimal supervision, adhering to deadlines.
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, HR, recruitment, and NPS best practices.
