Farmer J in Hammersmith is seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to support the Assistant Manager in running daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service and consistently high food quality.

You will lead the front of house team, train and coach colleagues, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering a warm, welcoming guest experience. The role comes with a salary up to £14.65 per hour including a weekly team bonus and benefits.
