Job summary

Farmer J London is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support day-to-day restaurant operations, drive outstanding customer service and uphold high food quality. You will lead the front-of-house team, set service standards and collaborate with the Kitchen Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Compensation includes a salary of £34,000–£35,000 based on experience, a 15% quarterly bonus up to 60% tied to KPIs, daily food allowance during shifts, 50% restaurant

Supporting the General Manager in running the day-to-day restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service and a consistent high food quality, the Assistant Manager will also be responsible for the front of house team performance and development. You’ll set the standard of customer service, ensuring everyone who visits Farmer J has a memorable experience.
