Job summary

Pinto Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to join a vibrant hospitality team in the UK. Earn up to £13.30/hr plus tips, with a flexible hourly contract and benefits like staff meals and discounts from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality roles such as restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly.
• Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor.
• Help coach, guide and motivate the team, making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service.
• Keep a close eye on the detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes.
• Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one.
• Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to.

We're hiring a Front of House Supervisor to be part of the team at Pinto Lounge a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026.
