Job summary

Piero Lounge, part of Loungers, is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to lead busy shifts and support managers across a lounge. The role offers hourly pay with tips, a flexible contract, and staff benefits from day one in an energetic hospitality environment.

You’ll help supervise the floor, maintain standards, coach teammates, and ensure customers leave satisfied while supporting bar operations and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.
• Ability to lead by example on the floor and set the pace for the team.
• Strong guest service mindset and a welcoming, warm atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly.
• Support the management team with day-to-day operations from opening to closing tasks and maintain high standards.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team, ensuring everyone knows their role and feels confident during service.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently to turn a good visit into a great one.
• Contribute to driving sales by managing the bar and pass and creating a Lounge that locals love.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
• Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor

• Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one
• Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to
