Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Volo Lounge, our brand-new site in Farnborough. You’ll join the opening team and help deliver warm hospitality across coffee, drinks, and food in a lively cafe bar environment.

We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. Experience isn’t essential—kindness and a passion for hospitality will be taught and celebrated within our growing group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality not required

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
