Job summary

Claro Lounge in the Loungers family is hiring Front of House Team Members to deliver warm hospitality from the moment guests arrive. You’ll read the room, welcome customers, serve food and drinks, and keep the bar tidy and stocked throughout your shift.

Experience isn’t essential—kindness and a love of hospitality are enough. We offer up to £12.71 per hour, tips, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, with flexible hours and career development in a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Experience isn’t required; kindness and love of hospitality matter.
• Ability to read customers and adapt your style to the situation.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with warm, genuine hospitality from arrival.
• Serving food and drinks to a high standard across shifts.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked and clean throughout each shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering queries confidently.
