Job summary

Piloto Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring Front of House Team Members to join our café bar. We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one.

This role supports a flexible schedule across England and Wales, with opportunities for career development. As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll welcome customers, deliver hospitality, and help ensure guests leave happy.

Qualifications

• Bags of energy and your own personality.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated and able to work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard and ensuring dishes land right.
• Preparing and serving drinks, including coffees and cocktails.
• Keeping the bar stocked, prepped and clean throughout each shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries with confidence.
