Conto Lounge is part of Loungers, a Casual Dining Group recognised for hospitality excellence. We are hiring Front of House Team Members to join our Bar & Waiting team across England and Wales. Expect up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one.

This is a flexible role suitable for those who enjoy hospitality and want variety in shifts. Experience isn’t essential; if you’re kind and love hospitality, we’ll teach you the rest.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality isn’t essential; kindness and a friendly approach are valued.
• Good communication and a positive attitude are important.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, ensuring each dish lands just right.
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
