Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Front of House Team Members to join Martino Lounge, a local café bar. We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one.

Experience isn’t essential; if you’re kind and love hospitality, we’ll teach you the rest. As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll greet customers, serve food and drinks to high standards, and keep the service flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bags of energy and your own personality.
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality
• Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
• A self-motivator who works at pace
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential — we can teach you how to be a great Lounger!

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
