Job summary

HR-CL Ltd is seeking Front of House Staff to work across Walsall and North Birmingham venues. Weekly pay and flexible shifts offer variety across hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés and event venues.

The role involves welcoming guests, assisting service across restaurant, bar and event settings, and maintaining high presentation, hygiene and guest satisfaction even in busy environments.

Qualifications

• Previous Front of House or hospitality experience is preferred
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, confident and well presented
• Reliable and punctual
• Happy working in busy environments
• Flexible for weekdays, evenings, weekends and event shifts

• Supporting restaurant, bar, café and event service
• Table service and food running
• Helping with bar service and drinks where needed
• Supporting event set-up and keeping service running smoothly
• Handling guest queries with a smile
