• Welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving beverages
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellent service
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining cleanliness and safety
• Answering questions and suggesting food and beverage options
• Great barista skills – training can be provided if needed
• Commitment and passion for high standards of customer service
• Energetic, positive, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• High standard of personal presentation
