The Opportunity

We’re currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team, delivering outstanding front-of-house services to one of our prestigious clients in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a personable, professional, and organised individual who thrives in a corporate environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally manage all incoming calls, handling them efficiently and courteously.
  • Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all visitors and assist in busy lobby hosting duties.
  • Oversee visitor management, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Respond to queries promptly, following strict security protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, occupiers and their visitors.
  • Consistently deliver a high standard of front-of-house service and suggest innovations to help enhance the service.
  • Assist with the building events guests, ensuring excellent service and a high level of security procedures followed accurately.
Qualifications
  • Must have at least 2 years previous experience in a receptionist/front-of-house role within a corporate office environment.
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, managing multiple tasks while maintaining service excellence.
  • A proactive, personable, and professional approach.
  • Excellent understanding of various space and visitor management systems.
  • Confident communicator with great attention to detail.
Position Details
  • Full-time
  • 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:30am and 7:00pm)
