Overview

As the Front of House Coordinator, you will be the first and lasting impression of the clinic. You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional, seamless client journey - from the initial welcome to post-treatment care. This role requires a polished, professional, and proactive individual who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a 5* welcome to our clients
  • Manage the day to day front of house operations, managing bookings and taking calls/answering emails
  • Retail sales
  • Stock control
  • Handle client payments
  • Maintain the studio to a high standard at all times
  • Effectively communicate with clients regarding their treatment options and aftercare advice
  • Assist with administrative tasks including stock control, reporting, and supporting marketing activities (Huge bonus f you have a flair for social media!)
Experience / Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar front of house/receptionist/customer facing role
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
  • Impeccable personal presentation, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English required
  • A relevant qualification in beauty therapy or aesthetics is advantageous but not mandatory for the right candidate.

Requirements
  • Saturdays and evenings required, minimum of 30 hours a week. Flexibility with rota is essential.
