Portal Security is seeking a Night Front of House Concierge in Glasgow to warmly welcome residents and visitors during night hours. You will handle enquiries, manage parcels, coordinate access for services, and help keep the building safe and relaxed.

Ideal candidates hold a valid SIA licence, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and can deliver high-quality service with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence.
• Strong communication skills and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and deliver attentive front-of-house service.
• Experience in concierge/front desk roles is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Meeting and greeting residents and visitors.
• Manage and respond to general enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Key and parcel management.
• Coordinate access for services to the development and supervise night operations.
• Record and respond to resident feedback and maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct daily building walks and monitor CCTV, ensuring safety during night hours.

We're on the lookout for a Night Front of House Concierge who can bring warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for people. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that residents, their friends, and families can count on during the quieter hours. From assisting with requests to offering reassurance and a warm welcome, you'll play a key role in making the building feel safe, relaxed, and connected even at night.

What we're looking for:

• Meeting and greeting residents and any visitors
• Welcoming new residents and preparing new resident packs
• Manage and respond to general enquiries via phone, email and other channels
• Key and parcel management
• Rectify any unplanned cleaning emergencies and proactively deal with any minor maintenance and problems identified
• Co-ordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the development
• Record, monitor and respond to any resident feedback
• Manage booking of meetings and event spaces for residents and external guests
• Clear and concise handover to day team arriving on shift
• Conduct daily building walks and monitor CCTV

Requirements

• A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence / Security Guard Licence
• Good communication skills
• Good organisation and multi-tasking skills
• Great people skills
