If you want to be part of shaping the future of work, we’re always on the lookout for extraordinary people to join our dynamic teams.

Working at Fora is an experience far from ordinary. Everyone here is fueled by a desire to redefine the workplace of today and empower each other as we fulfil our mission.

Whether you want to be part of our Member Experience team at Fora working directly with members in our workspaces, or behind the scenes as part of our Backstage teams, there’s a role to suit you. And all in a supportive environment, built on creativity, collaboration and success.

The Role

We are on the lookout for engaging individuals to join our operations teams known as Member Experience Hosts to provide exceptional experiences for our members and their visitors across our London locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome all visitors warmly by greeting them in person or on the phone, answering or referring enquiries.
  • Create a culture to energise and empower people to create their best work.
  • Facilitate all member requests such as meeting room reservations and catering, postage/parcel/courier arrangements ensuring services are appropriately charged for.
  • Assist Managers and colleagues with all operational and administrative tasks.
  • Deliver a smooth experience for internal and external meeting room guests, including hosting, ordering and serving catering, preparing tea and coffee, assisting with tech requirements, and refreshing rooms.
  • Conduct regular building walks to ensure all front and back of house areas are maintained at the highest standards, checking for cleanliness, visual standards, maintenance, and health & safety issues.
  • Ensure all communal spaces and meeting rooms are set up and in proper working order.
  • Raise and manage troubleshooting tickets via the IT Helpdesk for IT issues, and via Freshdesk for maintenance and cleaning issues, ensuring members are kept updated.
Requirements
This role is for you if
  • You enjoy engaging with new people from all walks of life and being the first face of Fora. You get a kick out of making new connections and helping others.
  • Helping others gives you a huge sense of accomplishment – from planning and delivering events to surprising our members and ensuring the smooth running of our buildings, big and small, day to day successes.
  • You’re a great team player and know just the right things to say to foster harmony and build bridges with people inside and outside of the business. The success of Fora isn’t a one-person job – you’ll work together with various departments to keep our spaces running and buzzing.
  • You love problem solving. You’re a thinker, a do-er, and aren’t afraid to get creative with solutions for your clients’ needs.
  • You’re not looking for an ordinary 9 to 5 desk job. Every day holds something different – one day you might be setting up a meeting room for 70 people and preparing catering, and the next might involve conducting fire alarm tests or solving IT issues.
We’d love to hear from you if you’ve got
  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ownership in delivering work to exceptional standards.
  • Comfortable knowledge of MS Office tools – particularly Word and Excel.
  • A brilliant self-starter with a natural ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Additional benefits include:

  • Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Once a month, you can order lunch from Deliveroo.
  • Cereal and fruit will be provided in the buildings.
  • Summer hours: for 6 weeks during the summer, our operations teams have the chance to take back 2 hours on a Friday.
