Job summary

You will manage night operations, optimise service delivery, coach staff, and ensure safety and compliance while driving financial performance. Strong leadership, Opera Cloud familiarity, and a hospitality management background are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front of House management within hospitality.
• Proficiency with Opera Cloud or similar PMS.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and guest satisfaction focus.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and cost control.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety, and security requirements.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration across departments.
